Sweet Peeps Flower Crown
Our Story
Sweet Peep's Flower Crown is the brain child of Natalie, a 10 year old girl with a love for her family and crafts.
In February 2020, Natalie's brother and best friend Beckett, was diagnosed with a super rare (1 in 250.000 people!) Autoimmune disorder and our family spent a month in and out of the Red Deer Hospital and the Stollery in Edmonton.
No matter how old you are, the hospital is a scary place and what we noticed was the stuffed animals and lovey's that kept these brave kids from being scared. Unfortunately, so many of these kids are rushed in (our boy included!) and he was without anything to cling to.
Natalie was devastated by this and together we came up with a floppy doll - for both girls and boys that comes with accessories and clothes. These heirloom dolls are simple, double-stitched and durable. They are made with simple and sometimes upcycled fabrics and made without any metal or anything that might make them ineligible for MRI or CT scan machines. They are made to be played with, to go on adventures, to get dirty and to love.
With every purchase of one, we will donate one to a child in need - have it be a sick child in the hospital, one just going through a tough time or or one that, maybe they don't have the financial option of having a little something of their own.
Every doll is guaranteed to last and we understand that seams tear, so if you're doll busts, please let us know and we will fix it - no questions asked!
